Level 5 Structure
Beginners – Elementary 1, 2 and 3:

A one-time registration fee of $20 is payable for new students.
This is a 30 weeks’ course. It covers Lesson 1 to 30 of our textbooks,「みんなの日本語初級」. Students will be introduced to the three writing systems – Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji at this beginning stage. Students will learn to write them. You will also learn various Japanese grammar structures. There is conversational training during class. At the end of Level 5 course, students can take the JLPT N5 examination conducted in July and December each year.
